A clinic is set-up in a given village catchment area for three days.

 
Daily lines sometimes exceed 1,000 people.
 
Median daily patient rate: 350 people treated
 
Commitments to Jesus exceeds 200 people per day in some places.  Churches are fuller.
 
Cateract replacement in one eye costs just $30

 Clinic Set-up

1) Line of enquiry (managed by local church leaders)
2) Registration (Local leaders to register patients in order of appearance)
3) Screening area with eye chart (one team member & two interpreters assess test requirements)
4) Waiting area (incuding periodic health education, testimonies and short Gospel messages)
5) Treatment Rooms (at least three darkrooms for practice)
6) Prescription area (fitting spectacles or referrals for further medical treatment)
7) Prayer area (two members & interpreters minister prayer to needy cases)
